Cenlub industries presents multi-line axial lubricator. Multi-line lubricators are supplied in horizontal version, i.E., the reservoir is of rectangular shape and the pump elements are all in one line on the face of the rectangular body.
Working
There are few cams inside the reservoir, which operate 2 plungers with respect to one cam. The motorised gearbox attached to the shaft on which cams are fitted determines the speed of the cam. Usually, the rpm is kept between 20-80. Thus, 2 plungers eject oil/grease on each rotation of shaft. In case the output shaft is not coupled with the geared motor, it can be actuated with the help of chain coupled with the rotating motion of machine of with manual handle.
Advantages
Very simple for maintenance; can be attached with the machine drive directly, the noise level is very low; the churning of grease is very uniform which makes the grease flowable; it is equally suitable for oil lubrication.
