Following are some of the technical features of this cooling system which include: small quantities of lubricant projected in a low pressure airflow in the tool - material contact area has proved to be able to develop a highly effective lubricating and cooling function. This is achieved with the help of a volumetric micro pump. This volumetric micro pump injects the oil through a capillary tube as far as the end nozzle; low pressure air transported in a second tube, coaxial to the first also reaches the nozzle at the same time;lubricant which is carried in the airflow acts as the vector. This lubricant is atomized and projected into the required area by a directed jet without generating fumes.
