The Automatic and Manual operated Laser Capsule Marking System is available with Vibratory feeder, Revolving Disc and colour sensor and finds application in tablet marking. The Laser Capsule Marking System has a capability of conveying tablet from the hopper to laser drilling station.

- Vibratory feeder which feeds the tablets into the disc hopper.
- Revolving Disc having cavities as per the product[either rounder or caplets]
- Highly sensitive colour sensor.
- Laser `A` at the Top and Laser `B` at the bottom
- A counter is provided for counting actual production in No. Of tablets with memory.
- Disk speed is adjustable from almost 50 to 1000 tablets per minute.
- All parts which may come in to contact with the tablet are either SS 316 or food grade plastic.
- Smoke from the tablet is removed while drilling by negative pressure [suction] which is in close vicinity of the
tablet drilling location [75% fumes are effectively removed].
- The whole system can be operated in the manual or automatic mode.
- The system can be used for single colour tablet by switching off one laser.
- To reduce rejection of good tablets second stage inspection by camera can be provided.
