• Bed is made form 25 grade cast iron of 180 bhn hardness.

• Bed is strictly with micro level, hardness tester and straightedge.

• Boring of head stock is done on wmw boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.

• Hexagonal shaped tail stock with hardened and ground tail stock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
