• Bed is strictly inspected with micro level, hardness tester and straight edge.

• Boring of head stock is done on wmw boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.

• Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.

• Hexagonal shaped tail stock with hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
