Product Profile of All Geared Head Lathe Machine

Macpower industries, an iso 9001: 2000 certified company, is the manufacturer of all geared head lathe machine. All the gear in head strock is made from en-8 and with high range of speed. Double screw apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds and fitted with gear made from alloy steel. The features of the all geared head lathe machine are as follows:

• Bed is made from 25 grade cast iron and is hardened up to 400 bhn hardness, strictly inspected with micro level, hardness tester and straight edge.

• Boring of head stock is done on wmw boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle of threaded made from alloy steel. Spindle has external and internal grinding.

• Electrical panel board has been provided below the head stock with on, off and inching system
