Model csm-100 is designed to cut ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as mild steel, copper, stainless steel, bronze, aluminium and brass with change of gears.This compact and sturdy machine has a high rate of production at low tooling cost per cut. It can cut solid/hallow sections of diameter up to 100 mm. It is equipped with universal spindle head for straight cuts and angular cuts of up to 45 degree on either side. Slotting of thin walled profile is also possible with additional clamping arrangement on this machine.The cutting head of the machine moves vertically up and down on hardened and ground slides and the hardened gear run in oil bath. It cuts straight, resulting in saving of material at face. Thus, no additional face machining is required. Circular saw of the machine has multiple cutting actions that keep the cutting edge of the saw continuously productive which leads to faster cutting and lesser energy consumption.
