The components to be washed are mounted on a customized fixture which enables pressure washing at the required area, to remove dirt / chip content or oil / grease.

- The Spray Clean consists of a Stainless steel filter housing which houses a 100 micron anti crush filter cartridge, in line with the main pump which enables effective filtering of the media.
- Spray Clean is a PLC controlled washing machine and works in auto mode only
- It is provided with a 3KW heater to heat the media to a maximum temperature of 40 degree Celsius and has a temperature indicator cum controller.
- This product can be well adapted in cell / line production hence, will not require an exclusive man power to handle it.
