Key Features of Low Shrinkage Mercerising Process Machine

• Intensive tentering of fabric immediately before caustic impregnation and its continued retention in overstretched position throught firm grip on fabric by specially designed grooved heavy steel bottom rollers in impregnating and stabilizing section, redults in uniform and very high mercerising effect.
• Continuous contact of rubber and stel rollers, firm grip with grooved steel rollers and pre-selected cloth tension in entire merceriser by compensator sets,gives very good dimensional stability even to very light fabric without any damage.
• Use of highly efficient sqeeze units with increased and uniform sqeezing improves mechanical removal of caustic after individual processing steps like impregnation, stabilisation and recuperation. This results in lower energy and reduced chemical, water consumption in washing units.
• Specially designed recuperator with live steam injection on fabric and partioning in tank giving serpentine and counter current flow of water, increases the caustic removal from fabric.
• Total counter current system of washing off caustic in recuperator and stabilizer through overflow of recuperator, with the help of pump, gives good caustic recovery.
• Neutralising and washing compartments as per customer requirement.
• Firm grip on fabric and smooth passage of fabric through the entire machine, achieved through intermediate drives and sensitive compensators, ensures crease-free fabric after mercerisation.
• Possibility of running fabric superimposed or side by side or superimposed and side by side thereby increasing the total production.
• Heavy steel bottom rollers running in ball bearing situated outside of impregnator and stabilizer for easy maintenance of machine.
• Caustic spraying pipes given in between rubber rollers of impregnating and stabilizing compartments and entire caustic management with number of submerged non choke type pumps.
