Spur/ Helical Type Gear Pump is simple in design mainly consisting of casing, gears, stuffing box and relief valve. The Pump has maximum working pressure of 200 PSIG. The Pump has working temperature up to 300 & de3g; C. The Pump is suitable for handing liquids such as all kinds of oil, asphalt, dyes, paints, varnishes, molasses, printing inks, liquid soaps, silicates etc. The Pump has the feature that two gears, either spur or helical type, rotate around fixed centres and thereby suck and entrap the fluid between the teeth of the gears and the casing, and then pressurize the same causing of fluid with pressure through discharge port. The Pump has capacity from 15 to 600 litre/ minute. The Pump requires motor ranging from 0.5 to 15 HP. The Spur/ Helical Type Gear Pump is offered in sizes ranging from ½" X ½" to 5" X 5".
