Key Features of Illuminated Glow Sign Board

• The top hung signage box of 1700mm X 600mm X 120mm size is constructed with suitable aluminium profiles anodized or powder coated of approved colour with necessary corner fittings.
• 3 mm thick sandwiched polycarbonate sheet having UV stability with transparency of 32 – 35% is used as base sheet.
• The text matter is electrocut computerized automated self adhesive vinyl graphics to be transferred on polycarbonate sheet.
• Tri-lingual matter is displayed on each box as required.
• The colour of sign is white letters on grey back ground of approved colours.
• The rear side is covered with anodized aluminium sheet of 14 gauge with due provision for fixing the lamps, chokes, starters etc.
• The box is mounted with 38 mm diameter, 3 mm thick pipe duly powder coated fitted on both sides of the box and suspended on ceiling or wall with suitable brackets or check nuts etc.
• All screws, nuts, bolts are mild steel powder coated.
• The construction of box is rigid, adequate to achieve required strength.
• Suitable arrangement to cover visible accessories such as screws nuts, bolts etc. to give aesthetic look to sign boards.
