Reva machinery is a manufacturer of the rm series of injection molding machines. They have the following systems and features: i] locking - direct hydraulic clamping unit/toggle lock clamping unity; clamping effort may be adjusted to suit the size of mould; mould safety device gives low pressure platten approach which avoids possible cavity damage caused by incompletely ejected moulding; clamping and opening speeds are independently and infinitely adjustable; minimum mould height for electrical safety; large platten area; long rapid platten stroke; hydraulically and electrically interlocked safety gate; and hydraulic ejector with three sequences; ii] hydraulics - closed hydraulic oil reservoir; large oil level sight glass; digital oil temperature indicator; and logic/cartridge valves for quiet running of the machine [130 tonne and onwards]; iii] injection - integral barrel and screw; direct screw drive by stepless high torque hydraulic motor; screw speed can be read on indicator; suck back arrangement [melt decompression]; barrel heat shield cover; shot counter; pyrometric control for nozzle; and luminous circuit diagram for quick fault detection; and iv] optional extra equipments - hydraulic core pulling attachment; 3rd stage injection pressure; hour counter; non cycle alarm system; temperature controller for hot runners; barrel and screw for rigid pvc processing; magnetic grill for hopper; machine control by microprocessor; water cooling manifold with flow and temperature indicator; air ejector/blast system; hopper dryer; and hopper loader.
