Komal leolite offers a range of luminaires and lighting accessories. Aviation obstruction warning light is specially manufactured for outdoor installation on high towers, multi-storeyed buildings, tall chimneys, high mast installations, etc, to provide obstruction warning to low flying aircraft. The unit includes a cast aluminium body finished in stove enamaled grey hammertone. Two thick aviation red glass domes are placed on either side of the fitting and held together using two aluminium casting rings, secured to the body by non-corrosive screws. Two 2-pin porcelain holders are wired in parallel to hold the 100 w gls lamps. A 31 mm et is given at the base in the centre of the body for mounting the fitting. It also works as the entry point for the wire. The optical system incorporates two specially designed aviation red prismatic glass domes to provide a symmetrical light distribution with maximum intensity at 10&176; above horizontal plane. The glasses have smooth exteriors. The unit conforms ip 54 protection.
