Draw winder ate-1000 is manufactured by alidhra. This draw winder is used for high quality warp, weft and knitting yarn from standard poy [partially oriented yarn]. The winder has some constructional features which include: a self-aligned nip roller with feed shaft for calculated feeding and shaft protection for easy removal of eventual yarn lap. Some additional features are also provided by this draw winder which include: an electromagnetic cutter at poy entrance; yarn traversing for optimum utilisation of nip roll cost avoiding yarn slippage; and vapour phase heating type hot pin which gives hot draw at a precisely controlled temperature.
