The Total Boiler Efficiency Monitoring System is meant to improve the boiler`s total efficiency in a simple, cost-effective package. Total Boiler Efficiency Monitoring System incorporates every important parameter into one package: flue gas oxygen level, stack gas temperature, blow down losses, radiation losses, feed water temperature and density compensated steam flow rate. With these inputs, the EffiMax 4000 calculates the boiler`s absolute efficiency in general accordance with British Standards` recommendation BS845. All measured parameters, calculated losses, savings and efficiency parameters are provided on digital display and can be sent to the PC with the provided data acquisition and diagnostic software package.
