Forbes Marshall is an ISO 9001 certified company that offers the Gcem4000 In-Situ - Probe Type Multi Gas Analyser. The Gcem4000 In-Situ - Probe Type Multi Gas Analyser is an accurate, reliable In-situ flue gas analyser that measures gases by Infrared absorption Gas Filter Correlation [GFX] technology. The In-Situ - Probe Type Multi Gas Analyser is capable of continuously measuring seven gases at a time. The GCEM4000 measuring probe is mounted on the stack/duct and uses an intrusive stainless steel measurement chamber equipped with sintered diffuser filters to allow flue gas excluding particulate into the measurement chamber. Infra red beam from transceiver unit passes through the probe measurement chamber and is reflected back to the Infrared detector mounted within the transceiver unit through a gold-coated mirror. Analyser utilizing an in-situ probe arrangement allows analyser calibration to be verified quickly and easily by the injection of zero and span gases via Gas Calibration Controller [GCC]. The SmartCEM Station Control Unit [SCU] provides power to and communicates with the analysers and monitors within that station. The Gcem4000 In-Situ - Probe Type Multi Gas Analyser continuously measure H2O, CO2, pressure and temperature to carry out online normalization to the standards required by pollution control board.
