Product Profile of Fabricated Strainer/separator

The ISO 9001 certified company Forbes Marshall manufactures Fabricated Strainer/Separator. The Fabricated Strainer/Separator of every trap, control valve, and flow meter can save a lot in annual maintenance and wear and tear costs. The Fabricated Strainer/Separator is available in Y or T type designs. These Fabricated Strainers/Separators remove suspended grit from steam and condensate that would otherwise damage the downstream equipments with no additional pressure drop. The following types of Fabricated Strainer/Separator are:

• FIG 12 Strainers: The FIG 12 Y-type Strainers with stainless steel screens have 0.8 mm diameter perforations as standard.Available sizes and pipe connections: 15 NB, 20 NB and 25 NB Screwed BSPT/NPT 40 NB and 50 NB Screwed BSPT/NPT

• FIG 14 Strainers: Among the Fabricated Strainer/Separators, the FIG 14 Strainer is available in the following sizes: 25 NB, 40 NB and 50 NB

• FIG 32 Strainers: The FIG 32 Strainers are available in cast iron/cast steel with stainless steel screen and have 0.8 mm diameter perforations as standard.Available sizes and pipe connections: Cast Iron FIG 32 Strainer: NB 40, 50, 80,100, 150 and 200 Flanged Cast Steel FIG 32 Strainer: NB 40, 50, 80, 100 Flanged

• ST - 3S Strainers: The ST-3S Strainers with stainless steel screens have 0.8 mm diameter as standard. Available sizes and pipe connections: 15 and 20 NB Screwed BSPT/NPT, Socket wieldable.
The Fabricated Separator is available in the following sizes: 15, 20, 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 & 300 NB.
