Jay Steel Corporation supplies Incoloy Alloy. Jay Steel Corporation provides Nickel and Nickel alloys, Stainless Steel, Titanium Grades, etc. Incoloy Alloy comes in three types: Incoloy Alloy 825, Incoloy Alloy 800 and Incoloy Alloy 800 HT.
Incoloy Alloy 825 is a nickel-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. It has resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids and to stress corrosion cracking. This alloy is also resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids and is used for chemical processing, pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment. Incoloy Alloy 825 is available in forms like round, flats, forging stock, pipe, tube, plate, sheet, strip and wire.

Incoloy Alloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy available with strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization in high temperature atmospheres. It also resists corrosion by many aqueous environments. The alloy maintains a stable, austenitic structure during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. It is used for process piping, heat exchangers, carburizing equipment heating-element sheathing and nuclear steam-generator tubing.

Incoloy Alloy 800 HT has jigger creep-rupture strength. The higher strength results from close control of carbon, aluminium and titanium contents in conjunction with a higher-temperature anneal. It is used in chemical and petrochemical processing, in power plants for super-heater and re-heater tubing in industrial furnaces and for heat-treating equipment.
