Usha Martin Industries Limited is manufacturing High Speed Continuous Coilers Machine. In High Speed Continuous Coilers Machine, a continuous coiler to work in conjunction with Rod Break down Machine is available. Coiler is made of heavy structure on which drive and drum are mounted. Coils are collected in a basket in pattern laid form up to a weight of 2000 kgs for easy pay-off to next operation. The motorized conveyor is provided for the movement of baskets.

The drive of High Speed Continuous Coilers Machine consists of gear transmission, hardened drum and a rotating plate is mounted on a single platform. A magazine is provided to collect wires during change over of coil basket. Straightening rollers are provided on the machine to straighten the wire in both vertical and horizontal planes. Brakes are provided for instantaneous stopping of the machine. The High Speed Continuous Coilers Machine is driven by an independent DC motor and perfect synchronization with Rod Break Down machine is made possible through a self-contained, hydraulically or pneumatically operated Dancer mechanism.
