Theta controls manufactures logic controllers, logicard series. These are economical yet highly reliable, field-proven substitutes for contactors and relays used for logic functions. These units use digital logic, and are programmable for specific machine/plant controls. These are available with 8 to 18 on-off inputs, 4 to 10 on-off outputs, and up to 4 internal adjustable delay timers. These programs cannot be changed or tampered by users. They make panel wiring, commissioning, and servicing is much easier due to these logic controllers. Logic can be changed without re-wiring a panel. Panel wiring can be done prior to final logic program is fixed. Logicards are meant for oem machinery manufacturers, who want to eliminate troublesome logic contactors and relays, but cannot justify the costs or complications of plcs.
