Single Piece Surface Coated Thermowell is made using quality grade raw materials and the surface is coated with high abrasive resistant materials like tungsten carbide and satellite. The Surface Coated Thermowell has the satellite coating done either by TIG Process or Metallizing Process and the hardness of the coated Surface is generally 45-50 RC. The Surface Coated Thermowell has high corrosion and abrasion resistance at high temperatures. The Single Piece Surface Coated Thermowell exhibits high abrasion resistance at lower temperature.
