Tejindra electric works manufactures wire butt welding machines. This machine is designed and developed with outstanding dependability, exceptional accuracy for butt joining of wires/rods of mild steel, carbon steel, steel alloys, copper, aluminium and brass, by bringing together under pressure the ends of the parts to be welded and by applying short circuit current to the joints. The jaws of the machines are set in order to make possible the welding of wires over a considerable, wide range of diameters of specially shaped cross section. Mechanical timer is given in which it is automatically tripped, after the job is completed. The welded joint can endure high tensile, and can be drawn up to minimum size. It has special type of transformer , conforming to international standard specifications. Primary and secondary transformers are made of solid electrolytic copper of ample section. These transformers are suitable for enduring continuously temperature of 155°c.
