Product Profile of High Carbon Steel Balls
Technocon Engineers manufactures High Carbon Steel Balls. Technocon Engineers offers stainless, carbon, chrome and bearing steel spherical balls, eclipse, ballcones, cylinders and grinding media. The High Carbon Steel Balls are available in round and spherical shapes. These balls are thorough hardened [up to the core] to 58-63 HRc instead of just case hardened or carburized.
Advantages of High Carbon Steel Balls are:
- Such high carbon steel balls have better wear and load resistance than low or medium carbon steel balls.
- The balls are hardened up to the core, high carbon steel ball in AISI 1085, 1080, 1065, 1060, C85, C80, C65, C60 carbon steels.
- Carbon steel balls provide substantial cost savings for many applications. They also prove to be an inexpensive option for trial runs and pilot lots.
