Switzer instrument provides specially designed water flow detecting instrument suitable for water sprinkler applications enclosed in a robust abs cover it is weatherproof to ip:65 the instrument has capacity to sense a wide and fluctuating flows ir varying line sizes of 2" to 6" of pipe schedules 10 to 40. It is suitable for horizontal or vertical water pipe and sprinkler installations. Provision of adjustable pneumatic timer ensures prevention of false alarms and hence can be used in processes having wide fluctuations in water flow. Easy range settings carried out by a screw adjustment inside the cover. Instru- ment quality snap acting micro switches, each having spco contacts, are provided with 15a 230v ac rating. The mount- ing on the process line is very simple - just drill-a-hole and mount using saddle and u" clamp.
