Laser marking machine manufactured by suresh indu laser is capable of marking on metals, plastics, ceramics, and etc. In addition to this, the machine has the capability to automatically load/unload materials, mark on the fly and dummy beam. The auto focus arrangement takes materials precisely to the focus of the beam, and ensures same quality for each marking. The machine uses 100 w of the power to mark, cut, and engrave nearly all the metals. It is highly reliable and requires a change of lamps after every 600 hours. The nd: yag can mark upto 700 characters/sec or a maxium 12 m/sec, and has a marking field of 100 x 100 nm to 400 x 400mm. The machines lasers control has a special diagnostic feature, which monitors online laser power, water temperature pressure, lamp life, change lanp indication, etc.
