Normally stack bins and trays get contaminated after usage, by metal particles, oil, grease and mud, etc, and require regular cleaning to maintain the quality of components. Srilakshmi tray cleaning machine is designed to clean the stack bins and trays thoroughly by hot high pressure jet spray of aqua-based cleaning media and dried by the blower provided in the machine. The bath is heated by industrial heaters and temperature maintained by control systems. The bath after cleaning is filtered and recycled. Material of construction will be of ss 304 for solvent contact areas and ms otherwise. The machine can be operated by unskilled workman and requires less maintenance.
