Areas directly exposed to shot stream is lined with wear resistant materials and other areas with heavy-duty wear resistant rubber/magnetic steel plate linings. Features include; quick blade changes, precise setting of shot stream for effective blasting, dynamically balanced rotors, high rate of shot throughput, impeller wheels location and quantity ensures that the castings are cleaned in one pass, uniform shot stream, exclusive wind shifting arrangement, etc. Dust extraction by means of cyclone and fabric filter bags arrangement ensures complete collection of dust particles and hence leaves no dust to environment.
