Solid polymers supplies one piece moulded self-lubricating special polymer trolley wheels. The wheels have very high loading capacity, high abrasion strength, low noise level, oil and grease resistance and very high impact strength. The trolly wheels are self-lubricating and do not require ball bearings/roller bearings/bushes. The wheels are tough but do not damage the floor. The wheels are processed from uhmwpe material of fine grade and are moulded in accurately formed lose moulds under very high pressure and well controlled temperature as specified by wheels are available in all sizes 75 mm to 300 mm dia and 25 mm to 75 mm face. Extra heavy-duty fixed and swivel castors are also available in all sizes.
