This hydraulic trolley tripper is a boon for unloading bulk material like sugar cane, coal, limestone, sand, etc, directly from tractor trolley to hopper or carrier. The trolley is brought to to the platform by the tractor. The platform of the hydraulic trolley tripper has a rotating table on which the trolley is rotated by 90o hydraulically to take position for unloading. The platform is then lifted hydraulically up to 50o and the material slides down to the carrier/hopper within minutes. Heavy duty hydraulic cylinders with tough duty pump provides makes the system highly efficient and reliable. Total hy- draulic cycle of unloading takes 3-4 minutes. The systemit is not only efficient but also cost effective in terms of savings in power consumption and operating costs. Trolley tripper rangesit comes in 20 and 25 tonne capacity.
