Product Profile of Industrial Purpose Electro Spark Coating

Industrial Purpose Electro Spark Coating is used for improving the wear resistance of the surface of various engineering components such as machine parts, dies and especially tools by electrodeposition of tungsten carbide. The Electro Spark Coating can also be used for coating electrically conductive coating such as copper, silver, gold etc. The Electro Spark Coating can achieve a thickness of 30 microns by metallurgical bonding. Industrial Purpose Electro Spark Coating is used on sheers and forging tolls, guides and valve seats and oil seals.
