Seco punches manufactures precision round piercing punches, made as per is: 4296 of 1967, out of high-carbon-high-chromium steel and hss. These punches are heat treated by sophisticated method, ground and lapped for extra cutting edge and extended life with annealed head. The punches come along with a guarantee for concentricity from one diameter to another diameter within 0.002 mm. These punches are available in four types: type a - shouldered without head; type b - plain without head; type c - shouldered with head; and type d - plain with head. It ranges from 1.0 mm dia to 16.0 mm dia; for type a and c step dia can be ground up to 0.2 mm. Orders for special punches, double step punches, pins, die buttons, pillar bushes and other allied products are undertaken to the specific need of the customers.
