Polymer based Binding Putty is based on Polymer binder and selected fine ground filler for a bright white non-staining finishing for cement plastered walls and ceilings. The Binding Putty, available under the brand name "XL Polywalls" provides a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm after two coats.
