Nathan foundation manufactures double row ball bearing type bottom apron tension device for ring frames and speed frames. These top rollers are made out of ball bearing steel and graded steel, induction hardened and ground to close tolerance. Nathan`s top rollers are assembled with utmost care by experienced technicians for silent rotation and friction free performance with a service back up from qualified personnel of the company. Special steel balls used for the manufacturing of these rollers are capable of withstanding heavy load. Special care is taken to prevent the entry of fluff. Double row bearing on either side guarantees even load and pressure. Provisions of easy greasing of top rollers are provided.
