Rr kabel limited group has embarked on its most ambitious project to date, to manufacture world class lv/mv cables, on the most modern state-of-the-art machinery manufactured by the world leaders from europe & usa.
Rr-kabel co-axial cables are processed by high speed state-of-the-art machinery with european technology. Precision, consistency, repeatability and stringent quality control are the hallmarks of the process. The central conductor is made of 99.97% pure solid electrolytic grade copper. It is insulated with specially imported polyethylene foaming compound by using latest chemical foaming technology, which enhances the foaming up to 70%, which leads to lower and uniform attenuation. This also ensures that the insulation is free from impurities and the foam cell structure is uniform across the entire length. The secondary conductor is made of specially designed poly-aluminum tape bonded with sufficient overlap on dielectric. The second shield is of super-annealed tinned copper wire [from imported tin ingot] braiding with high tensile strength and has more than 60% coverage so that the weather effect on conductors is negligible. The outer jacket that has specially formulated pvc, is of uv resistant nature, for robust performance and long life. The process passes through the sophisticated online testing facility such as capacitance, eccentricity etc. Each coil / bobbin is tested on computerized test equipment for attenuation, impedance and srl up to 1ghz. The conductor is made of pure electrolytic grade super annealed, solid bare copper, and is insulated with premium quality peratt grade polyethylene on a special extruder having latest state-of-the-art facilities with several online testing equipment.
