Product Profile of Manually Operated Meter System
Manually Operated Meter System is used to measure the specific saturation magnetization of ferromagnetic materials and has probe coil assembly made using fibre material has a pair of embedded pick up coil. The System has sample holder made using non-magnetic material of 10 mm diameter and 20 mm long and can be used in austerite determination, ferrite determination in welding material. The System is used in ferrite industry to check purity of powders, sintered items, in carbide industry to check cobalt percentage in tungsten carbide items and martensite determination in stainless steel under different conditions. The Manually Operated Meter System requires 230 VAC, 50Hz, single phase input and has measurement time of approx 10 seconds.
