Drip lub manufactures motorized manual pump as a replacement of manual lubrication pump. It consists of a motorized pump with an in-built relief valve mounted vertically on ms tank of 2-litre capacity. A 35-w, 1440 rpm, single-phase motor is used for this unit. Gear pump in ci body is used to give positive displacement. Output of the pump is 0.5 lpm at 1440 rpm. Maximum possible pressure is 10 kg/cm2. A tank is provided with an oil window to observe the oil level, and an air breather is provided for filtering the oil. This unit is useful for small machines like drilling, milling, shaping, spark erosion machines, plastic moulding and shearing machines, and presses.
