Depending on bottle washing rate ranging from 80 to 240 bottles per minute, the bottle washing machine can be available in four different models. The sophisticated machine incorporates easy changeover system of parts and ensures easy access for cleaning. The bottles are conveyed on a ss slat conveyor with cassettes designed as per bottle size. The operational features of the bottle washing machine include: variable pulley mechanism to select speed; automatic feeding and discharging of bottles to cassettes; indexing mechanism to ensure jerk and vibration-free operation. The machine is fitted with pressurised monoblock pump that ensures high pressure bottle rinsing water is filtered through 20 micron washable cartridge filter; and, machine is supplied with standard control panel.
