Stainless steel washer hinges
These high load hinges are made from solid extruded brass tapered profile and are fitted with a pair of specially designed ss306 interlocking washers in between each knuckle to stop wear and tear of hinges at the knuckle. Fitted with tight-fit stainless steel pin. Performs very efficiently on high activity doors and windows. No lowering of doors is warranted. Each hinge is electrophorectically coated with polyurethane to impart a long lasting finish.
Bearing hinges
These high load hinges are made from solid extruded brass profile and are fitted with miniature thrust bearings to take heavy vertical and lateral load as well as to perform better in high activity doors and windows.
