Morrisbore system is based on the proven principle and design of the original devlieg microbore system, a technology bought over by the company. Morrisbore is integrated with two types of modular system for easy interchangeability and flexibility mod-flex and wfu. Roughbore: precision ground angular serration to absorb high clamping pressure and vibration free machining; tribore with 3 cutting edge-more feed-less time; and step boring for varying bores and limited cutting force. Finebore: unique adjustment through worm and gear arrangement easy adjustment in difficult access - no need for eye contact; least count of 2/1 diametrically; and boring range 0 3 - 0 390 mm. Finebore cartridges are designed for standard iso inserts.
