Normex valves provides latest check valve ball-type non-return valves. It has no intricate design. Simplicity and uniqueness are the main characteristics of the valves. Hinge-pin-discmechanism and several other of the components of the existing valves are not used in the valves rather a reinforced rubber coated ball has been incorporated to arrest flow media in return condition. During the pumping the ball moves out of the flow path to ensure head losses. The spherical rubber coated ball enables total leak proof sealing. This complete leak proof design ensures non-clogging & self-cleaning. These valves don`t require maintenance although there is also a provision of easy on-line replacement of the ball. Lower power consumption, larger solid handling capacity, self-cleaning, non-clogging, perfect sealing, low-pressure drop are the salient features of the valves. A reinforced rubber ball is incorporated in the heart of the valve and it can move freely. When the pump starts the ball moves to open position and enable liquid flow without any hindrance and when the pump stops the ball takes firm position against the metal seat because of its weight and back pressure of the liquid. This process assures dropless sealing.
