Passive Infrared Detector produces a signal when it senses a quick change in the incidence infrared radiation within its field of view. The unit is utilized for remote detection of vehicles, peoples and objects. Since it can be easily concealed, it is ideal for perimeter protection, border observation, and tactical surveillance system and airport security. The IR detector may be programmed to determine direction of travel. Mounting brackets are also available for IR deployment.
