These have been thoroughly tested and improved upon the quality of parts, with all controls within an easy reach of the operator. The stream feeder ensures safe and perfect feeding of different thickness of paper. The sheet is separated from the back of the pile and lifted by two suckers, advancing it to the forwarding rollers, thus eliminating the risk of grip of the sheet. The 20 roller-inking unit distributes inks evenly for the job demands. Oscillating and rider rollers are copper coated to provide maximum ink grinding. The distribution of ink can be perfectly controlled by ink screws. The standard dampening system is formed by a set of five rollers with one hard chrome plated vibrator roller. The offset press provides full control of water distributors and easily adjustable to achieve right balance quickly, equipped with circulating dampening for proper mixing of solutions, reducing the need for cleaning. The press is easily controlled through clearly marked push buttons, with finger tip controls on the main panel and a reliable electrical counter on the panel indicated the number of sheet delivered. The standard accessories include tubular cloth for dampening rollers, ink roller wash up device, tool kit with service tools, oil tray, operating cum maintenance manual,and a set of spares and hardware.
