Water soluble flux is a clear liquid, organic flux in a multicomponent vehicle. Multicomponent organic base ensures quick and complete coverage of the boards and the improved solder ability permits higher conveyor speeds in wave soldering. Fluxing agents are neutralized by heat and the small amounts of residues left behind are fully soluble in alcohol or water. Fluxes do not yield h+ or -oh ions. Fluxes are free of water and do not spatter during soldering operation. Fluxes eliminate pin holes on the soldered joint.
