The wire drawing machine usually consist of 3 units pay-off with single ended type with brake arrangement to suit 750 mm flange dia bobbin. The machine comes with features like cast iron body thoroughly compact and leak proof, water-cooling arrangement inside the drawing drum made from special graded cast iron, machined and ground finished. Phosphor bronze worm wheel with high carbon axle steel worm will be provided for long life. The drawing die box is made of cast iron and steel die nut fittings. The third unit, take-up/spooler with traversing can take the load of 450 kg of copper wires and the traversing arrangement will be of roll ring type.
