This is a high precision and robust single facer. The flute rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. Minutely finished flute rolls give perfect impression on the paper. Three preheaters are provided to pre-heat the paper for better performance. A steam shower is also provided to precondition the fluting paper for perfect formation of flutes. The gum unit is fitted with a geared motor to keep e gum rollers rotating while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rollers. A motorized self-loading twin shafts reel stand is provided with three unwinding shafts, thereby saving time.
