Mekaster tools has offered a new range of electrical and pneumatic torque wrenches. These are suitable for powerful tightening and loosening at all angles with operating torque ranging from 100 to 13,000 nm [75 to 9,500 lbs ft] that is continuously adjustable. They make sure that all m12 [1/2"] to m110 [4-1/4"] bolted connections are set speedily, accurately and economically. These torque wrenches give maximum torque with minimum size and weight having torque accuracy within ±5 % along with repeatability within 1%. Fault-free and accident-free work is provided by patented electronic torque and control system with exact torque values. A robust motor housing protects the electronic torque unit. This unit is designed for constant operation in rugged conditions. A powerful pneumatic motor is fully operational from 2-9 bars, which drives pneumatic torque control together quietly and without percussion. It includes additional features: angled model adjustable in all directions and reserve torque for opening. For heavy-duty structural work special models are also available. These torque wrenches are optimized for the torque range with individually calibrated. They are issued with a test certificate, which documents the accuracy. They are supplied with a steel reaction support in a steel box. To compliment the above range, torque multipliers with slim design fitted with anti wind-up ratchet are also available.
