Maruti Steel Fab is the supplier of Form working, Staging, Scaffolding and manufacturer of Segmental Girders Formwork, launching Girders, PSC Girder formwork, etc. The Plywood Shuttering Plates are made from high densified film faced shuttering ply, covered in rigid steel frame to protect wear, tear and water. The Plywood Shuttering Plates come with the following key specifications:

• Since these plates are incased in steel frames, it gives 70 to 75 repetitions from 1 side & 40 to 45 reputations from other side.

• Plywood shuttering plates specially designed for P.T. Slabs, for building, bridges, Heavy Industries, Power plants.

• Ply wood shuttering plates are in cased in steel frame and fixed by rivets, aves cost of timber also for labour at site cannot burn the shuttering plates.

• The outer frame comprises of 63 x 5/6 mm Flat, and internal grid of 50 x 5 mm flat forming grid of 300 x 300 mm or 300 x 450mm.

• High Densify ply shuttering is light in weight sturdy and having very smooth finish thus reducing the cost of plastering and giving a dent free table top finish to the slab.

• Since these plates are manufactured in size of 600 x 1200mm, 1200 x 1200mm & 1200 x 2400mm the cost of props& spans is reduced by 30 to 40percent.

• High densify ply shuttering plates are lighter in weight, with higher strength cost saving, durable easy to carry from slab to slab.

• Being lesser in cost than steel plates in slashes the initial investment cost, further after use of 110 to 120 times only by changing the plywood the plates becomes new plates.
