Marsman manufactures vibrating screens for separation/filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. These screens are available with a screen frame with bolted and welded steel structure accommodating the screen mesh and drive unit. The marsman vibrating screens are constucted by alloy steel made eccentric shaft assembly and two heavy-duty double spherical bearings with dust and watertight seals for efficient operation and low maintenance. The company supplies an electro motor with these screens as the drive and the frame rests flexible on four spring units on support construction to eliminate jerks to the supporting systems and to vibrate freely in linear motion. These vibrating screens are available with an adjustment of the angle of throw screening action for same vibration in all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product. These vibrating screens are available with salient features like the burden of material have no effect on the action of vibrating screen thus resulting in very high ratio of through put per unit of screen area.
