Marsman secondary hsi [horizontal shaft impact crusher] is used to produce high quality aggregate material. They fetch a high ratio of reduction, direct control of product gradation and excellent cubical product shape. Marsman`s primary & secondary horizontal shaft compactor is qualified to produce high quality aggregates, handles feed size beyond the range of conventional secondary impactors. These impactors can produce a cubical product. The impactors are capable of delivering from 50 tph to 200 tph with a feed size of 250 mm. Available in two models with capacity 50 tons per hour and 200 tons per hour.

Technical and construction details

• Rolled and electro welded steel bed-frame, fitted with one tilt-able lid, being the opening device ratchet lever operated, which provides an easy and comfortable inspection and servicing. Likewise, the front area of the manhole lid is tilt-able to have access to the feed chamber thus there is no need to dismantle the loading hopper. Rolled and electro welded rotor made out in a single part and equipped with grinding plates, which impact the material against the suspended anvils.

• High - resistant , alloyed forged steel shaft, fixed to the rotor by means of accurate conical sleeves, assuring the necessary adjustment and easily dismantled. Special bearing - housing made of cast steel, with spherical roller bearings, protected against dust by seal labyrinths and bearings lubricated by grease.
