Lifebond machineries, introduces rapier looms. The lifebond rapier loom has been designed with a very solid structure, which allows weaving without vibration at high speeds. The machine has a capacity to weave light as well as medium to heavy fabrics. A 2 hp 3-phase electric motor combined with electro magnetic brake gives strength to the machine. The weft insertion is of eight colours. Double guide floating gripper does not allow the lower warp shed to make contact with gripper or tape, giving an excellent warp run for sensitive yarns & reduces the warp breakages.
